The Poole Academy of Wing Chun follows a direct lineage from those who took part in that tradition, passing on the drills, concepts and techniques as they were originally taught.

Their goal is simple - helping people develop practical skills that work in the real world while building confidence, coordination and discipline.

During this interactive workshop, you will:
