Hey, I've had my fair deal of crap to work through, I have worked on myself. My life experiences must be of use. I didn't learn life lessons for nothing. Therefore, my purpose must be to help others. I learned more in the last 40 years than I ever learned in Academia.

I'm here to helps folks. Don't suffer alone. Fear and limiting beliefs are normal, there is nothing wrong with you. However, you can overcome these. A little guidance never hurt anyone as long as the end goal is to grow passed your concerns.

This is where coaching can help, I mean proper coaching. I don't mean getting you to fork out for weekly meetings forever, there has to be a desired state you wish to achieve. That's where congruent coaching can help.
