A weekend down south🫶🏻

Over the last week, I’ve been volunteering with the su***de prevention and mental health charity Zero2Hero. We spent the week out in the bush with an amazing group of students and fellow mentors—no phones, no distractions, and no real concept of time.
Together, we stepped outside our comfort zones, both physically and mentally, creating a safe space to share our stories, be vulnerable, and support one another. Watching these young people fully embrace the experience, grow in confidence, and make such incredible progress has been an absolute privilege.
I’m leaving this week with so much gratitude—not only for what I’ve witnessed, but for everything I’ve learnt about myself along the way. It’s an experience I’ll carry with me, and hold close to my heart, for a very long time. 🤍
