Our incredible team is growing, looking for some more inspiring people to join our out and about family. We are currently looking for part time staff members for 3 days a week.
Start time 9:30 - 4:15
Previous experience is a bonus but not essential as full training will be provided.
We want to hear from you.

Good Afternoon
Our lovely adults at Out and About have made a start at our allotment but we do need some help, we our in need of some garden tools pretty please as more of our adults will be coming here to help. Thank you

Leaving work last night staff found this outside and it was much appreciated thank you 1st Parkstone scout group it really did brighten up our day.

Yesterday this incredible lady achieved something that was a massive challenge for her. She had a blood test In a doctors surgery.
Not only has she showed resilience, determination and trust in those who look after her, she stayed calm and followed instruction beautifully to help others to help her to stay healthy. We are soo proud of you Sophia! Happy (and proud) tears all round.
Sophia you are one of the many incredible adults that we have that remind us there are no obstacles to big. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. You go girl!

It was quite quiet at the lodge today but we made the most of the sunshine and went out on the Cricket field for some sensory circuits and parachute games. All the adults and staff had a great time. 🪂🕶🏃

We waved some of our adults and staff off on on a residential trip this morning they were all very excited. They've all arrived for their weekend break at Centre Parcs and have been making the most of the sunshine. Have fun everyone.

Out and About staff love being part of making beautiful memories with your adult's. We've celebrated 10 years of Out & About with a summer party, we've had picnics, walks, boat trips, beach trips, visits to the fire stations and the local airport. We've had chill days due to the heat inside, bit of gardening, arts and crafts and lots more.

Monday - Friday 50 weeks of the year.
