📚 Mock Test #2 ... DONE! ✏️

Another fantastic morning with our Year 5 students, who are working incredibly hard in preparation for the BCP 11+ tests this September. We couldn't be prouder of the effort they're putting in! 🌟

So, what makes our Mock Tests different?

✅ We write every paper ourselves. Rather than using generic published papers, we create our own, allowing us to keep up with changes in question styles and ensure our tests reflect the current BCP 11+ format.

✅ The correct number of questions. Every paper mirrors the BCP tests, helping children build confidence with the pacing and expectations they'll experience on the real day.

✅ A realistic test environment. From arriving at a large hall, saying goodbye to parents at the door, sitting amongst children they don't know, and working under exam conditions, we recreate the experience as closely as possible. Reducing those 'unknowns' can make such a difference on the day of the real 11+.

✅ Detailed, personalised reports. Every child receives a comprehensive report highlighting their areas for improvement and the specific topics to focus on before their next Mock Test.

The countdown to September is on and we have Mock Tests running every week until the 11+ test! Each one is another opportunity to build confidence, improve exam technique and identify those final gaps.

Poole Grammar School open evening!

Join us on Tuesday 30th June for our whole school Open Evening. Aimed at current Year 5 pupils and their families, the evening will allow you to:
🌟 listen to welcome talks from Mrs Etheridge our Headteacher
🌟 join in classroom demonstrations across all subjects and departments
🌟 take tours of the school
🌟 find out more about our incredible range extra-curricular activities and trips
🌟 meet staff and students in all year groups
🌟 get useful information about admissions

Bournemouth School for Girls open evening!

We are looking forward to inviting Year 5 Students and Parents to our open evening on Wednesday 1st July from 4 - 6.30pm with Head teacher talks at 4pm & 5pm.

An opportunity to view the school and meet BSG students and staff.

Registration is not required for this event but parking is limited so we suggest parking offsite and walking in via the East way entrance.
