The hedgehogs and woodpeckers have had a beautiful morning walk to Morrisons this morning to get some pumpkins to use for our activities and photo shoot. 🎃

We focused on road safety whilst walking, red meaning stop and green meaning go,the weather and used beautiful manners and makaton at zebra crossings.

Inside the shop we focused on sizes, shapes and colours.

Each child was extremely well behaved and we felt incredibly proud of all the kind comments from the general public.

The weather was beautiful too which is always a lovely bonus ☀️

Space week is still proving a hit 🥰 🚀

Some space week fun 🌒 🌙 🌟

Making spaceships from paper plates and tin foil which the children then enjoyed running around and making them fly.

The children also practised good pencil grips to colour in some rocket ship pictures.

How beautiful does our outdoor classroom look? Especially with the sun pitching through.

Kiri has worked hard alongside some of the children to get some beautiful artwork up for display.

This area allows for smaller group work to take place and where they can focus on school readiness.

Well done all 💚🌳

Today our thoughts are with our incredible bosses/owners, Wayne, Kerry and all of the family as they celebrate the life of “Paps” Colin Micheal Millington.

A huge member of the local community and a well respected man. A true gentleman. A dad, Husband, Papa, Uncle, Godfather and Friend to name a few. A dad who helped, believed and guided to create a beautiful, family run nursery that we all know and love.

You don’t get a more family run nursery than ours.

Sleep well Paps 🥃 💚🌳

“Family is not always about blood or sharing a last name. It's about the ones who are there when life gets tough — the people who stand with you, have your back, and hold your hand when it's needed most.”

We have thoroughly enjoyed being in the garden. We even had circle time outside. Thank you Sam for reading to us 🥰
