Had a fantastic day teaching two of my younger students yesterday, and some of you may know that I am a Welsh Language learner of now just over 3 years and I have children that attend Welsh schools.... I am now able to incorporate a little bit of Cymraeg into my lessons if need be using basic maths and Welsh children's songs ... This has made my lessons more fun and interesting for me and the students. I am by no means a Welsh teacher but if i can use the Cymraeg that I know and help the students with it just for fun and a little extra immersion other than their daily classroom then it's a win win for me and them.
