Many students arrive with signs of Maths Anxiety, lack confidence and even fear numbers. s and eventually this releases their inner mathematician. We also work with children who are sitting their entrance exams or 11+. Again we focus on building the skills in Maths, Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal reasoning and English. However, we also teach exam techniques and most importantly, growth mindset. The 11+ can be a stressful and pressured time for children, we ensure that our lessons are fun, creative, interactive and full of personalised content. Tuition time should be seen as an experience, not a chore. Building rapport with our children is the key to success, as this allows us to breakdown the barriers to their learning and help them along on their learning journey. Every journey is different, starting and ending in vastly different places, but, they each include, fun, laughter, learning, growth mindset and new skills.
