Heads up ladies - cellulite is beautiful💋

It is incredibly common, affecting approximately 80 - 90% of women, and can occur in people of all fitness levels and weights.

It is caused by an interaction between fatty tissue and connective tissues (collagen bands) that attach the skin to the muscle. When these bands weaken or tighten, fat pushes up, creating a dimpled effect.
