We offer a variety of training opportunities that support young people in gaining skills and qualifications through our development contracts and supply chain, including:

⭐ apprenticeships
⭐ internships
⭐ work trials
⭐ voluntary work placements
⭐ partnership with shared apprentice scheme, Y Prentis

We currently have a total of 13 ongoing training opportunities across Linc where we're supporting people in developing their skills in areas such as construction and property surveying. Opportunities created through our developments of affordable social housing are key to our goal of supporting local communities in living healthily and happily - keep an eye out for more updates on openings to train with us 🎉

Y Prentis have created four opportunities for candidates to train as Trainee Property Surveyors, providing them with skills and qualifications that will give them jobs for life. One of these candidates is Matthew, who is on an apprenticeship with Linc!

We're thrilled that Matthew is doing so well in his apprenticeship role through increasing his abilities, experiences and learning. The apprenticeship has allowed him to develop a clear focus on a career path for his future and we're delighted to be a part of his journey. Da iawn!
