Nestled in a tranquil woodland setting near Tintern, this special day is designed to help you reconnect with all that you already are. Through powerful movement practices, we’ll gently open and awaken the body, creating space for deeper awareness and flow.

You’ll be lovingly nourished with delicious, wholesome food, prepared to support and restore you from the inside out.

This will be followed by our signature sound journey - a magical, mystical experience to leave you feeling grounded, uplifted, and transformed.
