‼️Ladies golf clinics for beginners or wanting to get back into the sport‼️
I’m looking to run Ladies golf Clinics through the Autumn/Winter season at Pontypool Golf Club. I would like to see what interest is out there for participation.
The clinics will be set in a relaxed atmosphere and the aim is to have fun, meet new people and to teach you the basics needed.
I’m a PGA golf instructor with 29 years of experience.
We will be running 1 hour classes at a cost of £7 per person. If you do not have golf clubs we can provide these on the day.
At this stage we are looking for who may be interested.Please message us with a thumbs up and a day that suits you best and what time of day might be suitable.Further details will follow in the near future. ⛳️🛺🏌️♀️

During this time of self isolation, you might be thinking of how you could improve your children’s or grandchildren’s health,happiness and social interaction.
At PONTYPOOL GOLF CLUB we are very keen in promoting golf and pushing the boundaries to make golf 🏌️as open and accessible to the next generation as possible.As part of this commitment Pontypool Golf Club who over the years have produced fantastic young golfers, have introduced from April 2020 that children and grandchildren of full-playing Pontypool G.C members will be entitled to ‼️FREE‼️golf membership until they reach the age of 14.
Membership rates for juniors whose parents and grandparents are non-members will just be ‼️£25.00‼️for the year up to the age of 18 years old.
Our professional Leon Warne runs the popular “Little Dragons Golf Academy” and the “SuperStars Golf Academy”group classes for juniors who want to learn to play golf.
We hope this offer will help encourage more young people to take an interest in golf and to start playing at Pontypool Golf Club.

Well done to the ladies taking part in our first golf class at Pontypool Golf Club. Really good fun and really impressed with how quick they improved. Keep up the good work ladies 👍🏌️♂️
