Great day at the Taekwondo Chungdokwan Great Britain (TCGB) National Championships

Some excellent performances against high quality opposition, with both Susahang Limbu & James Kitson progressing to the finals, losing out to very close & entertaining matches
Jo & Alice also has their first experience corner judging and Terri oversaw the electronic scoring ring

Fantastic day yesterday at the British Taekwondo National Championships!
Wales Taekwondo had 5 competitors and came away with 3 medals; 2 Gold's & a Silver for our very own Susahang Limbu 🙌
An amazing day and another step closer to put Wales on the martial arts map

Seren Jones makes GB 🇬🇧 Squad!
Seren, one of our fabulous students who we have had the pleasure of teaching since she was 5 years old, has become the very first Welsh athlete to become a member of the British Taekwondo Poomsae Squad GB Poomsae
Seren never let lockdown stop her and whilst her Mum was working like a trojan and nursing Covid patients in our local hospital Seren kept training...
Now Seren embarks on a new journey working direct with the British Taekwondo GB poomsae coaches - and we at Fighting Fit Taekwondo will be supporting her all the way...

We have a new class schedule that will commence from Tuesday January 3rd 2017, found below.
The main change is the amalgamation of the junior intermediate & advanced classes, as we can now accommodate this in our new Dojang! The two classes will essentially run side by side, ensuring all students continue to get quality tuition relevant to their current syllabus / level.
