What a massive weekend for our club! 🐻🏉💃

We kicked things off at the Featherstone Town Council Seaside Day. Thanks to your amazing support, our Teddy Tombola raised a fantastic £90.00! 🎟️

Sunday was a historic milestone. Our Ladies team secured their well-deserved place in the Super League for 2027! 🏆💪

Our brilliant dancers also took to the field, putting on fantastic pre-match and half-time performances to back the girls.

Thank you to everyone who played, danced, volunteered, and supported us! ❤️

A huge thank you to Wakefield Council & Pontefract Liquorice Festival for letting our talented dancers participate in this year's parade on Sunday 12th July! 🎪✨

They brought so much energy to the streets of Pontefract, and seeing all your smiles and cheers made it incredibly special. 🍬🙌

Thank you to the amazing crowd for supporting our dancers, we couldn’t bring the whole team but your support to our group made them feel like superstars! 🖤🍭

💙🤍 Get Ready for Our BIG Sponsored Dance-a-thon! 🤍💙

SATURDAY 22ND AUGUST!!

We’re so excited to announce that we’re planning our BIG Sponsored Dance-a-thon, and we can’t wait for all of our dancers to get involved!

Our challenge:
🩰 Tiny Tots – 60 minutes of dancing
🩰 Juniors – 120 minutes of dancing
🩰 Seniors – 150 minutes of dancing
⭐ All Stars – 4 hours of non-stop dancing!

This is going to be an incredible challenge, with lots of fun, teamwork and determination, all while raising money for two amazing causes.

Every penny raised will be split between Dance Miami and a fantastic reward day out for our Tiny Tots, Juniors and Seniors. We’re thinking of treats such as bowling and food, a trampoline park and food, or another exciting activity chosen by a group vote.

Our dancers have worked so hard this season, showing dedication, resilience and commitment through what has been a very different year. This Dance-a-thon is our chance to celebrate everything they’ve achieved while creating more amazing memories together.

🎯 Our Goal

We’re aiming for each dancer to raise around £100 in sponsorship. It may sound like a big target, but with the support of family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues, we know it’s achievable!

Every sponsor, no matter how big or small, will help us reach our goal. Together we can make a huge difference while giving our dancers something exciting to work towards.

Parents of Tiny Tots, Juniors and Seniors: Please ask your dancer what reward or special day out they would love the most. We’ll gather everyone’s ideas, see what we can make happen, then confirm the date and send out the sponsorship forms.

Let’s make this our biggest fundraiser yet and show everyone what the Dance Miami family can achieve when we come together! 💙🤍

Thank you, as always, for your incredible support—we couldn’t do it without you!l
