✨ THEN VS NOW: LOOK AT THAT PROGRESS! ✨

Looking back at messages when parents, last year, first approached me. I then compare these initial messages with the messages where they reached out to share the news of the grades their child achieved! It’s all about that growth mindset! 🧠

So many of students didn’t think they could when they started, they started to believe in themselves as time progressed, and just before they sat their exams, they were confident and in a totally different head space and their mind set had transformed significantly. For some, this transformation took place within the space of a year.

I’m getting A LOT of families approaching me and asking if I teach maths. Sadly, I am not blessed with any arithmetic skill and your poor sons and daughters would be DOOMED to fail if I had any input or involvement with their maths GCSEs. HOWEVER, I know a cracking maths tutor called Abi Grace Maths Tuition and she’s launching her groups to commence in September! She’s fantastic and I highly recommend. If, like me, your number skills require refinement, reach out and give Abi a shout 😉 ➖➕➗🟰

🎉I am now fully booked for all one to one sessions for next academic year 🎉 some pupils are continuing from last year and I can't wait to welcome my new pupils.

I am now opening up bookings for online group tuition. Many people often request one to one sessions but group tuition can also work well for the following pupils:

➕️ Pupils who are already close to target grades but just need a little bit extra
➗️ Pupils who enjoy collaborating with others and don't mind sharing methods/ideas
➖️ Pupils who may find one on one a little intense and would prefer a slightly more relaxed session

The first half term of tuition will be Algebra focused. Please get in touch for any more information or to be added to the group.

✨2026 RESULTS ARE IN! ✨
I am beyond proud of each and every single student who has received their results today. Every single student dug deep and showed up when they sometimes didn’t want to, they sacrificed their own time, they went above and beyond, they took accountability and they seized opportunities. Here’s just a snippet of the beautiful moments from today! I LOVE MY JOB! 🩷

I’m wishing all my gorgeous former year 11 cohort all the best of luck as they receive their GCSE results. I’m rooting for all of my amazing tutees who I know have worked tirelessly with me over the past year and for all my year 11 students at my school who I have watched develop from teeny weeny year 7s who, it seems only yesterday, were wondering aimlessly round the school, navigating their way about with their mighty rucksacks weighing them down. For all students, nationwide, who are collecting their results tomorrow, know that, no matter what numbers are situated by your list of subjects on that paper tomorrow, it never has and never will define who you are. Your futures are all destined to be bright and promising; life really is what you make it. All of the students I have worked with possess qualities that will take them far: politeness, decorum, respect, kindness, patience, compassion, hilarious senses of humour and so on! The same can be said for every single 16 year old collecting their results in the morning.
To my tutees, I’ll be thinking of you all and checking in with you all in the morning to celebrate each and every one of you. 🩷
