🌞 Heat Policy 🌞 and ROOM CHANGE for WEDNESDAY moovers 🎶

With temperatures forecast to reach as high as 31°C this week, I wanted to let all my lovely moovers know how we’ll be adapting sessions to help keep everyone as comfortable as possible 🙌

🐄 WEDNESDAY moovers 🎶 our sessions will be in a room upstairs this week due to an event in our normal hall 😉 please use the main front door of the building to gain access and any prams can be left in the hall area downstairs 😉

🐄 Please be aware that not all of our venues have air conditioning (Pocklington moovers your in for a treat as we do here 😊) I will have my portable air con unit and a big fan running at sessions without it though 🪭

🐄 Where possible I will keep curtains closed and windows open to help keep the rooms as cool as we can 🪟

🐄 Sessions will be adapted to suit the conditions 😉 with a bit of a slower pace with fewer high-energy action songs 🎶

🐄 Please bring plenty of drinks for both you and your little moover🍶 you are most welcome to take extra drink breaks at any time during your session if needed 🍶

🐄 Dress your moovers in cool & lightweight clothing 👕 I absolutely don’t mind babies attending in just a nappy or vest if that helps keep them comfortable 💜

🐄 If your little one is feeling unwell because of the heat 🥵 please don’t feel pressured to attend 😉 Their wellbeing always comes first 💜

As always, the safety and comfort of our moovers and families is my top priority 💜 We’ll still have TONS of moosical fun 🎶 just with a slightly more relaxed pace this week! 💛
