Our students baked, and left no crumbs 🤩
Check out these amazing cakes that our pupils created for our annual European Bake-off, as part of our recent European Day of Languages celebrations! 🌏🍰
From iconic landmarks and national symbols to traditional European desserts, the creativity, skill and effort on display were truly outstanding, producing an impressive array of beautifully decorated European-themed cakes.
A special shout-out to Sixth Form student Megan Skelton for her incredibly life-like cake sculpture of Paddington Bear, which took over 12 hours to make! We were pleased to donate this outstanding bake to local care home LavenderFields, where the local residents didn’t waste any time tucking in.
The Bake Off was a wonderful celebration of languages, cultures and community spirit, and we’re delighted to share that we raised a fantastic £915 for Macmillan Cancer Support!
Congratulations to all of our winners and participants for their fantastic efforts, and for making this year's Great European Bake Off such a memorable event – and a huge thank you to everyone who helped make it happen!
