GCSEPod – Parent webinar.

It is never too early (or too late!) to spend some extra time studying and reviewing your subject knowledge. Small amounts of additional study on a regular basis will make a substantial difference over time. In order to support students and their families with this challenge the college subscribes to GCSEPod. This is a fantastic app and webpage designed to support students in many of the subjects they are studying in Years 9, 10 and 11. It contains an almost overwhelming array of resources and to help parents navigate this they are running some free webinars over the next few weeks.

As the first set of mock exams have now drawn to a close students should spend a few minutes considering how well they prepared for these exams and what improvements they could make.

There are a second set of mock exams scheduled for February and this is a good time to remind students and their families that we subscribe to an excellent app / website - www.gcsepod.com that supports revision in many subjects.

Their app / website allows students to "work smarter, not harder"
