PYP

PYP P Y P stand for Plympton Youth Project, which is a coming together of groups that work with Young People in Plympton.

PYP has come about by the mutual working together of Woodies YP, Chaddies YP and the Rees Centre to work together to supply activities and support for the young people of Plympton, Devon. Supported by the Local Councillors and Police as well as Ridgeway School and other groups PYP have run a successful Youth Event in 2015 and are looking to build on this success, to best support young people.

We had a visitor to our Music Session at the Rees Centre this evening as, Plympton Councillors and Chaddy's Chairman Cllr Glenn Jordan, popped in to see how we are getting on.

When asked he said "It is really impressive on how well everyone performed and how those that have only just taken up music have learnt to play".

Look who called in today

It was nice earlier this evening to pop along to the Chaddy youth drop in session at Chaddlewood farm community centre.

This session is run every Tuesday evening from 7pm-8.30pm for any young person (11-17) to drop in for free fun and games or just to chill and chat in a safe, welcoming environment.
