⭐The purpose of this training is to help increase awareness of mental health crises and build confidence, so that learners will be able to support individuals who are experiencing them. Also, know where to signpost individuals for appropriate professional help.

The overall aims of the training will be to:

We’re back after two fantastic days at NHS ConfedExpo 2026.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited our stand to learn more about who we are, what we do, and how we can support your organisation. It was a pleasure to connect with so many inspiring people and have some great conversations.

Monday’s debrief is set to be a busy one, and we’re excited to reflect on the opportunities, ideas, and potential collaborations that emerged over the event. We look forward to seeing what comes next.
