What kind of women do that?! 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ I just found this message in my requests 🙄

Well that list of professions was just from a handful of ladies that I teach on a Tuesday.
So ALL kinds of women pole dance. Every age, race, sexual orientation and profession, and they ALL deserve the same respect.

They are all multi dimensional and beautiful women with skills, complex personalities and diverse interests.

I hope this person heals what ever insecurities that they have so that they don’t project on to others, and relax enough to put on some heels and dance with us 🙏🏼🩷

Currently being used by a nail technician so it’s perfect for another nail tech, beautician, office, tattoo, etc.

We know the physical health benefits of exercise….but then mental, emotional and spiritual are just as (maybe more) important. ESPECIALLY when you aren’t really feeling the spark.

🩷the world is increasingly disconnected, nurturing relationships with real people is paramount!
🩷group classes build community, friendships and support networks
🩷Exercise releases happy hormones! Endorphins, serotonin and dopamine
🩷creativity and artistic outlet improves confidence and motivation
🩷baseline levels of cortisol and adrenaline (stress hormones) are reduced with regular exercise.

So keep going! Especially when you don’t feel like it 👌🏼🥰
