We are delighted to announce that following the black belt grading at Daventry last weekend, Christopher Mercer has been promoted to 1st Dan Black Belt 🎉👊🏻

We are delighted to announce we now have our first black belt student! Huge congratulations to Farrah who has been promoted to 1st Dan Black Belt, a very well deserved promotion 🥋👊🏻

Our live venues are currently closed, however our classes are continuing via Zoom at 19.30 on Tuesdays and Fridays. We are also bringing back 1-1 Zoom classes during the lockdown period (subject to availability) to help you with your individual syllabus, send us a message if you are interested!

Congratulations to all our students who passed their grading. Training throughout the lockdown and moving to online training has meant the club has faced new challenges, but you have all shown amazing spirit!

In light of government guidance, both our training venues are now closed until further notice. We will now be running online classes and will be contacting our students individually with further details

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: There will be no classes at Lipson until further notice as the venue will be closed, so tonight’s class is cancelled. We are awaiting news on Tothill and will let you have an update as soon as we can

Just a reminder that there is no class at Tothill tonight, please attend the class at Eggbuckland at 6.30 instead. It’s a great opportunity to try some sparring with other students
