🌞👶 Baby Room Adventure! 🚶♀️🍎
Today our Baby Room enjoyed a lovely trip to Devonport Live Café! ☕💛 We had a delicious snack together, enjoying toast 🍞, scrambled eggs 🍳, beans 🫘, and refreshing apple juice 🧃.
After our tasty meal, we had a wonderful stroll in the sunshine 🌞🌳. The babies loved taking in the fresh air, exploring their surroundings, and enjoying the warm weather.

🌸🦓 Baby Room Visit to Little Zebras 🦓🌸
Today, our Baby Room had a lovely time attending the Little Zebras baby group at Mount Wise Neighbourhood Centre💛
The children had lots of fun exploring the messy play activities, using their hands to investigate different textures & colours. 🎨👐 It was wonderful to see their curiosity, confidence, and smiles as they explored through play. 🌈✨
We also enjoyed spending time in the garden, where the children helped to water the beautiful flowers. 🌼🌷💦 They loved using the watering cans and learning how to help care for the plants while enjoying the fresh air. ☀️🌿
It was a fantastic morning full of exploration, sensory experiences, and outdoor learning. We can't wait to visit Little Zebras again soon! 🥰🦓

The babies and toddlers visited Devonport Park for a fun trip to the Soapbox Theatre to explore their free creative play village. 🌳🎭 They explored all of the exciting activities on offer and especially loved the mud kitchens 🪣🌿 and recycled resources ♻️. Everyone had a wonderful time learning, playing, and discovering together! 😊✨

As proud participants in the Tiny Voices, Giant Ideas research project, our children have been exploring, creating and sharing their ideas over the past few months. So, we thought it was only fair that the grown-ups had a turn too! 🤭
Safe to say… the children made it look much easier than we did! There was plenty of laughter, a few very serious game faces, and just a little friendly competition along the way! 😂
Being part of this inspiring project has been a fantastic experience, highlighting just how powerful children’s voices, ideas and curiosity really are.
The Tiny Voices, Giant Ideas exhibition is open to the public for the next two days at the Soapbox Children's Theatre, so if you’re looking for something a little different, we’d highly recommend popping along and experiencing it for yourself.
In the meantime… enjoy our reel and let us know which member of staff deserves the award for taking it just a little too seriously! 🏆🤣

We're excited to be planning the Tiny Voices - Giant Ideas Play Village today.
Working alongside Little Squirrels Nursery and we will be running activities for Early Years children on Wednesday and Thursday.
Join us for mud kitchen, mark making, shadow puppets, tubes, crates and so much more from 10 am.
The Spellbound Café will also be open selling drinks and cakes, picnic boxes and light lunches.
If you are a childminder or setting, you are very welcome. Please do let us know that you are coming in advance so that we can prepare.

The little ones had a fantastic trip to Mount Wise Park, soaking up the sunshine with their friends. They had a great time playing on the slide and climbing the stairs all by themselves, which really helped build their confidence. Swinging with the staff brought lots of giggles and smiles, and they thoroughly enjoyed exploring the feel of the sand while playing. They also had fun looking out to sea, spotting different boats and eagerly pointing them out for the staff to see. It was a delightful day for all!
