Our latest Construction Ready cohort has now completed their 10-day programme at Greenlight, delivered in partnership with The King's Trust , DWP, Willmott Dixon & local employers.

From hands-on trade experience & essential site training to gaining their CSCS cards and meeting employers face-to-face, it’s been a brilliant 10 days for the group.

But the biggest achievement? Seeing their confidence grow, friendships develop & learners start to see where a career in construction could take them.
