Congratulations to Pacey Knight on successfully completing his Level 3 Carpentry Apprenticeship with Greenlight.
Pacey joined us at our Plymouth Centre alongside his dad and employer, Steve from The Plymouth Kitchen Company, and tutor Ty to celebrate the milestone and reflect on everything he has achieved throughout his apprenticeship journey.
Pacey completed his Level 2 and Level 3 with Greenlight, so we’re delighted to see him continuing his employment with The Plymouth Kitchen Company and look forward to seeing where his career takes him next.

If you’re finishing school soon, an apprenticeship could be your next step.

No need to wait until results day to start exploring your options - the best opportunities are already open.

If you’re unsure what’s next after your GCSEs, we can help you find a pathway that actually fits you.

Apprentices, learners, employers - keep it cool out there ✌️ Hydrate regularly, take proper breaks, and don’t try to push through when the heat is working against you.

In conditions like this, it doesn’t take much for fatigue and dehydration to creep in, especially when you’re on the tools and moving all day. Keep water close, pace yourselves, and don’t ignore the early signs that you need a break.

Most importantly, look out for each other. A quick check-in with a mate on site can make all the difference. The job still gets done - just safer, steadier, and with everyone finishing the day in one piece.
