A mixed day at training today!
It was great to have Theo back on the mats after a couple of years away — and you’ve definitely still got it! 👊
We also had to say goodbye to Asiya for the next two years as she heads off for her placement in another city. We’ll miss having you in class, but we’re very proud of you and wish you all the best on your next chapter.

Today we have to say goodbye to one of our very first kickboxing members, Jamie!
Jamie has been with us from the early days, and it has been amazing to see his journey and growth over the years.
Now he is off to explore life in Southeast Asia! It is always sad to say goodbye, but we know it is not forever — we will see you again when you are back.
Good luck Jamie, enjoy every moment, and see you soon! 👊
