👌 what a wonderful week 👌
It’s been a very busy week here at Imagination Tutoring.
In my small groups we have:
🌟 Year 5 described the taste of sweets using ambitious adjectives
🌟 Year 7 investigated when to STOP or JOIN sentences using conjunctions
🌟 Year 4 investigated coordinating conjunctions
In 1:1 sessions we…
🌟 used prefix pegs to investigate morphology
🌟 started designing our own chocolate factory
🌟 played fly swatting with tricky words
🌟 taken a multi-sensory approach to handwriting
🌟 hunted and sorted ph/f sounds
🌟 watched ‘The Radio Flyer’ and answered questions about it
🌟 matched the expanded noun phrases
🌟 wrote sentence inspired by Lord of the Rings
🌟 described Monty the pony
