We repeated our pastry week to reinforce the learning - children felt much more confident now using pastry which is always a bit trickier working with wholemeal flour as it dries out quicker and can become crumbly!!

Today we made:
Chicken and leak Pie (plus a lid only pie with the leftovers)
Mashed potato
Cabbage & carrot bake
Apple and blueberry mini pies with fruit pasties with the leftover pastry.
