🌟 Reflecting on a Week of GCSE Revision 🌟

This week has been all about building confidence and honing skills for the upcoming English Language exams. My focus has been on providing students with a structured approach to their writing, ensuring they have a clear framework to guide their responses as there are always huge gains to be made on the 40 mark questions!

Just like preparing for a driving test requires plenty of practice behind the wheel, preparing for what is essentially a writing test means engaging in lots of writing! 🚗✍️ The more my students write, the more comfortable and proficient they become.

I want to ensure my students sit in the exam hall with a clear plan of how they are going to produce a piece of writing that will get them the marks they need. It's been wonderful to see their progress and growing self-assurance. Keep up the great work, everyone! 💪📚
