Drake News 17.07.2026 Dear Parents and Carers,

Leavers breakfasts, brunches and lunches! It was really special to celebrate our year 6 leavers today with our parents joining us for some food, chatter and a certificate ceremony. Thank you Miss Randall, Mrs Mason, Miss Rainman and Mr Symons for arranging such a lovely day. We're so proud of our year 6s and all they have achieved and wish them all the best for the future. Adventure awaits! 🌍🧭

Thank you to the Year 5 class for sharing their learning from the last term with the pupils and parents of Drake 📚 🎵 We particularly enjoyed your singing of the continent song and your reading of your short stories 🤩

Thank you so much to all of you who attended Drake's summer fair 2026! Our brilliant PTA provided a fabulous event and every penny spent goes straight back into the school 🏫 thank you for all donations, to all the vendors and the staff who supported this afternoon.
P.S how iconic did Mrs Tripp look running the hook a duck?!

Our Eco Warriors donated all our spare exercise books to Gambian Projects this week. We're excited to see them being used by other children across the globe! ❤️🌎
