Postcard from Salou, Spain๐ช๐ธ๐
This week our students are having the best time enjoying the sunshine in Spain! This trip is giving our students a fantastic opportunity to develop their independence, teamwork, communication skills, and confidence while experiencing new activities and environments.
So far, they have explored the historic city of Tarragona, discovering its rich Roman heritage with the visit to the Roman walls and a walk through the beautiful old town.
To make the most of the sunny weather, they also visited Costa Caribe Aquatic Park to cool off on the water slides and splash around in the wave pool ๐
They still have a packed itinerary for the rest of the week, and we canโt wait to see what they get up to next!

๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐จ, ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐, ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ! ๐ฌ
Two of our BTEC Business students recently visited the BBC studios in Plymouth to get a sneak peek behind the scenes and learn all about the world of broadcast television and radio! ๐ก
Josh and Chloe learned all about what goes into running a live production, from timing, to scripting, presenting and all the technical magic behind the scenes. They even had a go themselves, presenting on the Spotlight Sofa and reading from the teleprompter.๐จโ๐ผ๐ฉโ๐ผ๐ด
Our BTEC Business programme is all about exposing young people to the wide world of business, whatever area they are keen to explore and experiences like this are a great chance for them to see the opportunities and careers available locally and beyond.
A big thank you to BBC Devon for making this unforgettable experience for our students possible.

Update #2 from Malaga๐ช๐ธ
Another sunny day in Mรกlaga was spent cheering on the locals! Our students joined the crowd to watch Mรกlaga CF take on CD Castellรณn over the weekend.
Between the cheers and the sunshine, they got to experience the culture and the atmosphere of the stadium - itโs definitely been another highlight of the trip!๐
