New Tai Chi Class Serving North Plymouth Area
We've had a lot of requests recently for a class that is easily accesible to residents in Roborough, Woolwell and the surrounding community.
I'm pleased to announce that we will be running an initial six week course with a view to continuing with a regular weekly class at Roborough Recreation Hall starting on Friday 4th October 2019 at 10:00am.
This class is open to anyone interested in learning a traditional Tai Chi form and devoping their health, fitness and wellbeing.

Tai Chi Class in North Plymouth
I’ve had several requests over the past few months for a weekly class serving the North Plymouth area and also a daytime class. I'd like to combine those two requests and offer a Friday morning class in the Roborough / Woolwell location.

Tai Chi For Chronic Pain Conditions
Our next course of short sessions designed for people with chronic pain and fatigue is starting next Wednesday at Plymouth Unitarian Church on Notte Street. Session times are 6:00pm to 6:30pm.
This course consists of six x 30 minute classes focusing on pain management through relaxation exercises and simple meditation and breathing techniques. All exercises can be standing or seated.

Pain Management with Tai Chi
Following the success of our first Tai Chi for Chronic Pain Sufferers course we are pleased to announce we will be running the course again starting on Wednesday 3rd July
Developed in response to work with the pain management team at Derriford, Plymouth Tai Chi is running a six week course of 30 minute tai chi sessions designed specifically for people with chronic pain conditions including fibromyalgia, M.E. and chronic back pain.
The classes will include gentle mobility and stretching exercises as well as breathing and meditation techniques. All exercises will be able to be done seated or standing.
Starts Wednesday 3rd July 2019 at Plymouth Unitarian Church, Notte Street.

Beginners Tai Chi Courses with Plymouth Tai Chi
We are opening all our classes to new students this September and offering our popular six week Tai Chi For Beginners course.
The course is aimed at people who have little or no experience of Tai Chi and is open to all, regardless of fitness levels or ability. The sessions focus on the foundation techniques of Tai Chi and Qigong practice, incorporating simple stretching and coordination exercises, breathing exercises and meditation with an emphasis on health building, fitness and relaxation.
