Today, we were delighted to attend the launch of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library at the Future Inn in Plymouth.

We’re so excited that every child that attends a Keystone Nursery is able to be a part of this incredible opportunity, receiving a special book each month in the post, helping to build a lifelong love of reading and building early literacy skills.

What a wonderful gift for our children and our community! Please make sure that you have completed your permissions on Famly upon enrolment for your child to start receiving their books soon 📚

All About Me!

Our little learners have been exploring their body parts using their own photographs!
The children enjoyed pointing to their eyes, noses, ears and mouths, developing their body awareness and recognising what makes each of them unique.

A lovely, fun way to learn all about ourselves! 🌟

Another lovely morning in our Preschool Room!

We welcomed Charlotte from Barnardo's for a PEEP session, where the children enjoyed a range of activities before settling beautifully for story time. It was wonderful to see them so engaged, curious and eager to join in — just a little glimpse of the meaningful experiences we provide each day.

Charlotte said: “Thank you so much for welcoming me to your setting today. It was lovely to visit, and your setting is such a warm and welcoming environment. The children were amazing and it was wonderful to spend time with them.”

What a fantastic first week back!

The children have loved diving into our ‘All About Me’ topic, exploring who they are and what makes them unique.

Our toddlers have especially enjoyed discovering their facial features and even had a go at drawing their very own self-portraits!

What a brilliant week of learning, exploring and celebrating ME!

What a fantastic start to the summer holidays! ☀️🌼

Our little adventurers have been making the most of the sunshine with lots of exciting trips and new experiences. We enjoyed a visit to the pet shop to see the adorable rabbits 🐇, watched a dog being groomed 🐶, and had plenty of fun exploring the local park, where everyone loved running, climbing, and playing together. 🌳🛝

It's been wonderful to see so many smiles, curious minds, and happy faces as we continue making special summer memories. We can't wait to see what adventures next week brings! 💛
