π Thrive Educators of the Month β May π
A huge congratulations to Eddie and Maia, our well-deserved Educators of the Month for May! ππ
π Eddie
Eddie is relatively new to working within education, but he impressed us from the very first interview.
We placed Eddie into one of our schools for a trial day and he hasn't looked back since. He has become a valued member of the team and is now regularly booked within the same class.
The feedback from the school says it all:
π£οΈ "I've just spoken to the class and they said he is so deserving of this award. They said he is doing excellent and is working well even during challenging moments in class. They love having him in there."
π Maia
Maia was placed into a primary school that we had not previously worked with, which always brings a degree of uncertainty when introducing a candidate to a new setting for the first time.
However, Maia quickly put any concerns to rest we couldn't be prouder of how well she has represented Thrive.
The feedback from the class teacher was outstanding:
π£οΈ "Maia is well deserving of the Educator Award for May. Maia has been working in my class with a 1:1 child with complex needs. From day one she has taken time to get to know the student and his routines and, as a result, has built a great relationship with the student. Maia has very quickly got to know my whole class and adult team, and she is able to support anyone in the moment, which is a great asset too."
π Huge congratulations to both!!!

Thrive Educator Awards β April
Holly joined Thrive for a specific role within one of our schools on a 12-week temp-to-perm agreement, with the opportunity to move directly onto a permanent contract following a successful placement period. From the very beginning, Holly made an outstanding impression through her professionalism, commitment, and the positive impact she had within the school environment.
Following an excellent 12 weeks, Holly officially moved onto a permanent contract with the school on the final working day of April, making her a very fitting recipient of the April award. When speaking with the school for feedback, they described Holly as extremely deserving of the recognition and praised how seamlessly she has integrated into the team.
Tamsin
Tamsin has been working with Thrive over the past couple of months and has made an outstanding impression in every setting she has supported. From the very beginning, she has demonstrated professionalism, adaptability and a genuine passion for supporting young people, quickly becoming a valued member of each school team she has worked with.
The feedback we have received from schools has been consistently excellent, with staff praising both her attitude and the positive impact she has within the classroom environment. Tamsinβs commitment, reliability and ability to build strong relationships with the young people she supports have stood out throughout her time with Thrive.
Such has been the quality of her work, Tamsin has even been offered long-term and full-time placements by schools she has supported, a true testament to both her character and the fantastic work she puts in every day.
