BEACH CLEAN FRIDAY 11TH MARCH 1PM-3PM🌊🌊🌊
As one of our charities is we are collaborating with to do a beach clean on plymouth hoe, hope to see you there!! 🎉🎉

Here are our events for February:
2/2/22 Refreshers fair in the SU Lounge from 12-4pm.
Come along and say hi if you already are a member and if your not a member come and learn about the society! 😇

9/2/22 a coffee meet up in the reservoir cafe on campus, a chance to meet members of the society and the committee and talk about some environment issues which are important to you! Meet some likeminded people and share your opinions 🤩

16/2/22 Toilet Fizzer workshop! Come along and create your own toilet fizzers to clean your bathroom in a more environmentally friendly way 🧽🧼

23/2/22 Refreshers event at Revolution! Have a alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink and meet some members and have a laugh 🍹☺️

LITTER PICKS 🗑
We have our own litter pickers now which means we have more freedom on when we can hold littler picks. We will message in the group chat on Facebook asking when is best for people each week and we will choose the date where the most people are free! 😌

Precious Plastic Plymouth and Tavistock are a local plastic recycling company that turns local donated plastic into creative and colourful products 🌈

Currently they do plastic soap dishes, multipurpose mini pots and buttons. 😇 As well they carry out workshops and demonstrations for schools. 🏫

They have a crowdfunder in hope to raise £3000. This money will go towards new machinery that expands their making capacities and enables them to engage with Plymouth community even more ☺️

So everyone please spread the word and support their cause for a greener and more creative Plymouth 🌍 🌱

On Wednesday 17th November 3-7pm, we are planning a Swap Shop!

You can drop off clothes for the swap at the SU HIVE between 10am-3pm today.

For each item of clothing, you pay £1 cash or you can pay £1 online on our UPSU page🤩

You'll be given a token for your clothing item on Wednesday!
