*Library Closure Update*
Due to the campus closure on Wednesday 30th September we are unable to reopen the upper floors of the Library as planned.
The ground floor will continue to be open via the door code during this period, but there is no access to upper floor book stock or study spaces.
The next intended date for re-opening will be 9am on Thursday 1st October, but we will keep you updated if this changes.

*Library Access Update*
There will be no upper floor access to the Library after 12pm (noon) today (29th September).

Due to the campus water outage staff are unavailable to support Library opening.

The ground floor of the Library will continue to be open via the keycode after this time, but there will be no available water so access to the fountains and toilets will be disrupted and you may like to study off campus.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We expect to be fully open at 9am on Wednesday 30th September but will update you on MyMarjon and Library Social Media if this changes.

We've got a series of quick tips on 'how to Library' to get you started in making the most out of our services.
This video covers accessing your digital card on a mobile device - which you'll need to borrow print books. The login details are also the same for all Library resources so it's a two-for-one video!
The video contains on-screen written instructions and an electronic voice-over. Look out for more videos over the next few days that will go over key skills like a catalogue and Discovery search, and how to borrow and return books!

Reduced staff availability means that there will be no Library staff assistance on the weekends of 20th/21st and 27th/28th June.

The Library will continue to be open for Marjon members, but you will need to use the door code to enter - please check this before visiting – or you can use the QR codes or links on the posters near the Library entrance door to access the code. Please do not hand this code out to people who are not Marjon students or staff.

Access for external users remains the same - 9am to 5pm weekdays only.

You will also need to have your University card, or be able to access your digital Library card, if you if you are intending to borrow resources via the self-service machines.
