This morning started with two very different groups, but the goal was exactly the same.

🏃‍♂️ Youth athletes building strength, speed, movement skills, and confidence.

🏋️ Adults on the Starting Strength Programme building stronger bodies, better habits, and long-term health.

Different ages. Different goals. Same commitment to getting better than yesterday.

Progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.

Whether you’re 12 or 62, the fundamentals never change: move well, get stronger, stay consistent.
