Making gluten-free bread can be as easy as one, two, three. Just mix up enough dough for three or five loaves, tuck them into their cozy tin or banneton beds, and stash them in the fridge where they can live happily up to seven days. 

Then, over the next five or so days, you can bake a fresh loaf every 24 hours or so. It’s like having a bread vending machine right in your own kitchen—just press bake!
