Residential Update!

Our incredible Year 6 pupils have had an unforgettable time on their residential trip, but all good things must come to an end!

Bags are packed and they are on their way home!

We will share further updates with an estimated time of arrival later today, so please keep an eye on our page.

London Residential Update:

What a whirlwind of a day! We’ve covered a lot of miles today and seen some incredible sights across the capital.

After visiting Buckingham Palace, we headed over to explore the Natural History Museum.

After that, we took to the water for a relaxing river cruise along the Thames.

Following a much needed stop for dinner that gave everyone a much needed energy boost, we tackled our final big attraction of the day: a breathtaking spin on the London Eye!

We are currently on the coach to the hostel for a very well earned sleep. Everyone, children and staff alike has had a wonderful time. We couldn't be prouder of the fantastic way the children have represented themselves and Pennycross today.

We’ll post you another update when we set off for home in the morning!

After kicking things off with a massive breakfast to fuel our walk, our Year 6 cohort hit the streets to take in some incredible iconic sights on our way down to Buckingham Palace.

We’ve just refuelled with a well deserved lunch and are now back on the move, en route to the Natural History Museum.

London Residential Update!

​Enjoyed a lovely meal at Bella Italia
​All tucked up and settling into their rooms for the night!

​Everyone is doing brilliantly. Time for some sleep so we're ready for more adventures tomorrow!

Year 6 Update!

​We are thrilled to let all parents know that Year 6 have arrived safely in London! Everyone is full of excitement and energy as we make our way over to Kensington Palace.

THE PENNYCROSS CUP 2026 CHAMPIONS!

What an incredible tournament it’s been! Over the past few weeks, our children from Years 3 to 6 took to the pitch, each team representing a country from the World Cup in the very first Pennycross Cup.The atmosphere was fantastic today for the grand final: France vs. Germany!

Both teams gave their best effort, but after an intense, action-packed match, France secured a thrilling 3-2 victory! 🇫🇷
The winning team were presented with the shiny new Pennycross Cup during today’s school assembly.

A massive well done to everyone who took part for showing fantastic teamwork, skill, and sportsmanship throughout. We can't wait to do it all over again next year when the Pennycross Cup returns! ⚽✨
