ASTRAVAYA represents the concepts of Exceeding self-limitations (Astra means "related to the stars", evoking a sense of 'rising above') and Harnessing energy (Vaya means "energy" or "lifeforce" or the physical body and all contained with it). The name ASTRAVAYA combines these two Sanskrit words to suggest ‘reaching for higher states of self-being by unlocking the body's main inner energy centres’ (‘Chakras’ said to govern one's physical and emotional well-being). Science supports the idea that 'prior mind preparation supplies significant advances in performance' competence, in terms of physical capability - so developing one's prime inner state of 'fitness' is the most effective route towards an authentic, sustainable and balanced level of outer body flexibility and strength*
The ASTRAVAYA exercise programme is understood to dive deeper into the journey of 'Self', eventually raising one's energy beyond a current state of being - and is destined to stimulate soul growth throughout each unique exercise session, leaving each client feeling complete internal oneness, and is moved by many forms of traditional practices that evoke inner happiness.
