British English I Intermediate Lesson I ‘Is Your English On Fire?’

If your English is 'on fire' it means that you are using the language very well.
In this lesson, you can apply all of your English skills: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
The subject of this lesson is the 'Maillard Reaction' which is the 'browning' of food as it is baked or cooked. But of course, if you cook your food too long, it will burn.
We check all the vocabulary together, read through the article, check your comprehension, then have a discussion period to finsh off. Instructions are given by the presenter, Charles.
