Listening to the dawn chorus – nature’s free concert – lifts our spirits, providing those little bursts of happiness that we all need.
Fortunately most of us can benefit from hearing birdsong, even in urban areas, by just opening a window.
Today we started a little walk in a bit woodland in Plymouth around 3-4 acres at kings tamerton so you truly don’t need a lot or a car to get to local places
