π We have some brilliant news to share!
Weβre thrilled to announce that Wellbeing Workshops Devon CIC has been awarded a major grant from the Livewell Foundation.
This funding will enable us to deliver two 10-week wellbeing workshop series for women, one in Devonport and one in Plymouth city centre, alongside four drop-in wellbeing days throughout the year. These sessions will offer accessible, psychologically grounded support through psychoeducation, coaching psychology, and positive psychology, helping women build practical tools to manage their mental health, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with themselves and others.
π¬ βBefore coming to the sessions, I felt really stuck and overwhelmed. Itβs honestly been life-changing, Iβve learned things I can actually use every day, and for the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful again.β - Workshop participant
Thank you so much to Livewell Foundation for believing in what we do. Weβre proud to be one of ten organisations receiving funding to deliver vital, community-based support across Plymouth and South West Devon.
