This week, Foundation and Preschool have had lots of fun baking! The children made delicious “ice cream” cupcakes and loved taking part in every step of the process. They carefully weighed the ingredients, mixed everything together, and decorated their cupcakes beautifully. The best part of all was getting to eat their tasty creations at the end!

A huge thank you to McDonald’s at Plymstock for their support in helping us organise this special treat, and to our amazing PTA for kindly funding it. Year 4 have had a fantastic day at the beach! They were expert scientists using classification keys to identify animals they found whilst stream dipping and then did a super job cleaning the beach of any litter they could find. The children loved playing in the sand and the stream, making sandcastles and looking for shells and interesting rocks ☀️ 🌊 🐚

Year 5 have had a wonderful day in the sunshine at PGL, making memories with their friends. They have been den building, fire lighting, canoeing, giant swinging, orienteering and playing disc golf! They are looking forward to a silent disco this evening, and (hopefully!) a good sleep before their last day tomorrow.
