Swing changes are uncomfortable.
Practice is hard work.

CHANGE is tough ‼️

But staying the same forever?

No thanks.

Roll the dice. 🎲🏌️‍♂️📈

Winter Golf is Coming ‼️

How many days left until Christmas⁉️

Summer golf may be fading, but with it comes the opportunity of an off-season.

Most of you will pack the clubs up and forget about golf until the hype of spring majors and summer golf trips with the lads lure you out of hibernation… you crave good golf once again, but have done none of the work that creates it 😢

Make this winter the one where you write some goals, commit to a plan and lock in!

Easier said than done when the nights draw in right?

But thankfully that’s where I can help! My bespoke online & hybrid programmes aren’t just built to improve your golf, fitness and lifestyle… but to their core they’ve been designed to keep you in the fight for longer! Built to work for you, around your commitments, family life, work and goals… whatever the weather, whenever you can train, THIS WORKS‼️

All well and good right but what does it cost?! 💲

All of this and much more is available for as little as £50 per month. Far less than a panic bought new driver in February, hoping and praying it will solve your slice (it won’t!)

So what are you waiting for? Bite the bullet, invest in your winter, earn your 2027 successes! I can’t wait to work with you 📈🏆

A snippet from a recent online lesson, where my client was struggling with poor strikes and a two way miss‼️

Every day on the lesson tee I see just how important good alignment can be.

Get it wrong as a beginner and you’ll hit it everywhere but the target ❌

Continue to do it and you’ll develop BAD HABITS to combat this easy win before you even swing the club ❌

This chap was worried about early extension ruining his season, we straightened him up and he’s back on track just 24hrs later 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽📈

Huge improvements here from Mike 📈

On a mission to get back down to the scores he knows he can shoot, before life got in the way… it’s already been a pleasure to see such progress!

Far more stability and connection ✅
Shallower plane, wider path ✅
More power, better strikes, lower scores ✅

Could your swing do with an MOT 🤔

ARE YOU MISSING LEFT & HITTING IT FAT❓

That’s where Andy was when I met him last week.

He was swaying with no structure in his lead leg, causing the upper body to over rotate and tip to counter this.

His takeaway was very inside, with an open face and he had next to no width at the top ❌

By working on creating a stable left base, we were able to remove now unnecessary counter measures, allowing much better structure and width on top. This facilitated far more space and a far less shallow swing plane, less flipping closed at impact and more forward low point. ✅

In other words: Andy now has a far simpler, more efficient swing that’s easy to replicate and is hitting flushed, soft fades, instead of fat contacts and big left misses 🤝

What’s your killer miss right now 🤔❓

“Good golf is played by the eternal optimists” 😁🏌️‍♂️

Always celebrate good shots and good luck.

Always focus on the next shot, not the last.

Always remember… you could be at work!

Which club never lets you down when the fairway tucks in?

Reckon you’d beat me?!

Give this ladder a go next time you’re on the putting green and send me your score!

A simple but great way to simulate pressure with the flat stick!
