🧱 Exciting News! LEGO-Based Therapy is coming to Bright Path Interventions this September!
I’m so excited to be launching my new LEGO-Based Therapy Groups for children aged 4–16 years.
If your child finds making friends, communicating with others, working as part of a team or managing emotions difficult, LEGO-Based Therapy provides a fun, engaging and evidence-informed way to develop these important life skills.
The programme may support children with:
💙 Autism
💙 ADHD
💙 Social communication differences
💙 Speech, language and communication needs
💙 Anxiety
💙 Emotional regulation difficulties
💙 Executive functioning difficulties
💙 Low confidence
💙 Friendship and peer interaction difficulties
✨ Two programme options are available:
🧩 6-Week LEGO-Based Therapy Essentials
🌟 Foundation to Success LEGO Programme (includes two additional Foundation Building Sessions to help children build confidence and get to know their peers before intervention begins).
Programmes will begin from September 2026, with days, times and venues confirmed once bookings have been received, allowing children to be carefully matched according to age, needs and location to create the most positive group experience.
💙 20% discount is available for eligible families receiving qualifying benefits or where any child in the household receives Disability Living Allowance (DLA).
🎥 I’ve recently shared a short video explaining how LEGO-Based Therapy works and what families can expect, so if you’d like to learn more, have a look at my previous post.
If you think your child could benefit, I’d love to hear from you. Please send me a message to register your interest or ask any questions.
Because groups are intentionally kept small, early expressions of interest are recommended.

💙 Another Positive Step Forward 💙
Today during a Bright Path Interventions session, this young person continued developing his understanding of emotions, behaviours and wellbeing.
Together we explored:
✅ Things that support positive wellbeing
✅ How emotions can influence behaviour
✅ Recognising what different emotions might look like in ourselves and others
✅ Building emotional vocabulary and self-awareness
Through discussion, visual supports and interactive activities, he was able to independently identify examples of behaviours linked to different emotions and reflect on strategies that help support his wellbeing.
Developing emotional literacy is an important foundation for self-regulation, resilience and positive mental health. Every small step in understanding emotions helps children build the skills they need to navigate challenges both in and outside of school.
It was fantastic to see such thoughtful engagement and reflection throughout today’s session. 🌟

Supporting Children Beyond the School Day 💙🧡
Today, this young person attended their Bright Path Interventions session despite being on a school suspension.
At Bright Path Interventions Ltd, we understand that learning, emotional development and intervention support shouldn’t stop when a child is temporarily unable to access their school environment. By working closely with both schools and families, we help ensure that children remain engaged with their intervention programmes and continue developing the skills they need to be successful in education.
During today’s session, we focused on emotional regulation and coping strategies through our Zones of Regulation-informed approach. The session was adapted to meet the child’s individual needs, allowing:
✅ Movement breaks when required
✅ Use of the Pomodoro Technique to support focus and attention
✅ Visual sand timers to clearly show work and break periods
✅ A calm, low-pressure environment to promote engagement and success
By providing flexible, personalised support, we can help children continue building self-regulation skills, resilience and confidence, even during periods when school attendance may be difficult.
Every child deserves support that meets them where they are today, while helping them move towards where they want to be tomorrow.

💙 TRACKING REPORTS 🧡
At Bright Path Interventions, every child deserves support that is meaningful, measurable, and transparent.
That’s why detailed Tracking Reports are available throughout a child’s intervention journey, helping parents, carers, schools, and professionals stay informed about progress every step of the way.
Each report can include:
⭐ Progress towards individual targets
⭐ Strengths and achievements
⭐ Engagement and emotional wellbeing observations
⭐ Practical recommendations for home and school
⭐ Evidence of support and intervention delivered
⭐ Suggested next steps for continued development
These reports can be a valuable tool when discussing support needs, planning future provision, reviewing interventions, or sharing progress with professionals involved in a child’s journey.
Whether you’re a parent wanting an update, or a school looking for clear evidence of impact, our reports are designed to provide meaningful insights that support positive outcomes.
Because every step forward matters. 💙🧡

🌟 A Fantastic First Zones of Regulation Session! 🌟
Today, one of our students completed their first Zones of Regulation session and worked brilliantly throughout.
Together, we explored the different zones on the regulation meter, discussed what regulation means to us as individuals, and recognised that everyone’s experiences and emotions can look different when compared. 💭
Using a three-minute challenge timer, we searched the room for strategies, tools, and activities that could help us regulate in different situations. The student then created their own personalised list of ideas and showed excellent engagement, understanding, and reflection throughout the session. 👏
The early stages of the Zones programme focus on building a strong foundation of understanding:
✅ What regulation is
✅ How emotions, energy levels, and behaviours can change throughout the day
✅ Why the zones look different for every individual
✅ Beginning to identify strategies that work for us personally
A fantastic start, and I’m looking forward to seeing this student’s confidence and self-awareness continue to grow over the coming weeks.
