Heal Your Confidence
Inspired & Focused Support for Diagnosed & Undiagnosed Neurodivergent Adults who Learn Differently. OUR MISSION is twofold. HOW WILL WE DO THIS?
Our Community Interest Company, Heal Your Confidence, aims to support the neurodivergent population in healing their self-esteem and confidence and growing into their own power. We are currently creating our programmes of support for NEURODIVERGENT ADULTS who think and learn differently, e.g., dyslexia, dyspraxia, attention issues, and autism. WE VISUALISE a world where everybody, irrespective of

Many neurodivergent adults know what it is like to enter a room, meeting, workplace, group, or online space and quietly assess whether it feels safe enough to be themselves.
It might be the pace of the conversation. The tone people use. The pressure to respond quickly. The way difference is received. The way mistakes are handled.
These things matter.

What helps a space feel safe enough for a neurodivergent person to think clearly, speak honestly, and take part without masking quite so much?
Our next free Zoom event is on
We will be exploring what psychological safety means through a neurodivergent lens. Not as a neat theory, but as something lived and felt in everyday life, relationships, workplaces, groups, and communities.
Some people come to listen. Others share. Both are welcome.

Stimming is often misunderstood or kept out of sight.
For many neurodivergent people, it helps with regulation, expression, and staying steady in a busy world.
This session is different.
No panel. Just a space where people can talk, listen, or simply be.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
There is no pressure to speak. You can join in whatever way feels right.

I wanted to learn things about stimming tonight. The most beautiful thing Iโve learned is that stimming can be so joyful.โ
If youโve spent years holding back the things that helped you feel calm, focused, or simply yourself, there may be nothing to fix.
Those responses were never the problem.
They were always supporting you.
During our recent panel, our panellist Monika Labich shared another piece of neuroscience.
In Chinese medicine, the vibration created by humming is thought to help balance and settle the emotions. Monika finds it very calming.
Another participant shared she has observed that she is humming louder and louder the harder she needs to concentrate.
It seems the body often knows what it is doing long before we understand it.
At our recent stimming event, we also explored the โwhyโ.
Steven explained some of the neuroscience behind it. The autistic brain often builds stronger, faster sensory connections from very early in life. The result is heightened sensory perception and a greater need to manage and regulate that input.
Stimming isnโt excess.
Itโs the nervous system doing exactly what it needs to do.
