Well done to our Year 6 rowing team who competed at the Life Centre this afternoon! All of the rowers showed excellent effort, resilience, and teamwork throughout the event.

McKenna finished 3rd overall, and Scarlett came 3rd in her heat 🥉⭐️

A big thank you to Mrs Duff and Mrs Brown for supporting the children and Mrs Baker at the event.

Mary Dean’s dance team delivered an incredible performance at today’s festival at Notre Dame 🤩 Their behaviour was impeccable, and they did the school — and Mrs Baker — extremely proud.

With our largest team yet of 30 children, ranging from Year 1 to Year 6, they truly filled the stage with talent. Special shout-outs to Annabelle and Caycie-Jo for their fantastic duet, and to McKenna and Kizzy for their brilliant solos.

A special thank you to Annabelle for designing the team tops, and to her aunt for printing them — they looked fantastic.

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs Bray for her support of Mrs Baker and the children throughout the entire day.

We are delighted to share that Nolan (Year 5) has been selected to represent Plymouth and South Devon at the Devon Schools Cross Country Championships on Saturday 24th January after achieving an excellent 2nd place finish against Year 5 and 6 pupils at the cross-country finals in Staddiscombe. Congratulations, Nolan — we are very proud of you. ⭐️

Our Year 3/4 girls’ cross country team raced to victory at the Plymouth Schools Championships in Staddiscombe, finishing as the fastest overall Year 3/4 girls’ team and bringing home the trophy!
A huge well done to all the girls for their fantastic achievement — we are incredibly proud of you! 🤩

Our Year 5/6 team put in a fantastic effort at the Manadon Hub football event today. Across a busy schedule, they secured three wins, and showed great determination throughout their other matches.
We had some brilliant goal-scoring performances: Nolan and Lewis each netted three goals, Jax scored twice, and Denzel and Jacob added another goal each to the tally.
A special mention goes to Jax, who was praised by another school for showing excellent sportsmanship by congratulating the opposing goalkeeper on a great save. A wonderful example of the values we are proud to see in our team!

The Year 6 dodgeball team were fantastic ambassadors for our school at the Primary Dodgeball Festival at the Life Centre after school today. They worked brilliantly as a team and won most of their games! Here’s a before-and-after photo of the team:
