UKITF Gradings in London

This weekend Mr Roffey and Mr O’Rourke traveled to UKITF HQ in London.

The weekend started early Saturday morning for Mr Roffey, as he took part in the 4th Degree and above training day. The training day consisted of lots of valuable knowledge that sir looks forward to bringing back down to Plymouth.

Following the training day, Mr Roffey tested for 5th degree black belt. The grading consisted of all the tuls, pre-sparring, sparring, 2v1 sparring and breaking.

On the Sunday it was Mr O’Rourke grading, for his 2nd degree black belt. It was a good grading that highlighted the hard work that sir has put into his journey, and he is now able to come away with a knowledge of what to develop next.

We would like to thank UKITF for the hospitality, and we look forward to sharing results soon 👊🏻
