Love of animals is huge amongst our young people. Visiting local places such as Woodside, The Shire Horse and Cat cafes; as well as encountering these creatures in their natural habitats help with development of empathy and care. These furry friends really do brighten up our day 🐈‍⬛🐎🩷.

Our young people have been spending a lot of time exploring their local area. Living near the coast in Plymouth provides us with an exceptional natural resources which has helped our young people to learn more about habitats and coastal environments. The immersive dome provided a great learning experience for our young people to learn more about how sea creatures are impacted by humans.

We’ve been transforming our Exeter base into a more inclusive, welcoming, and inspiring space for all young people

From calming sensory spaces and cosy breakout areas, to creative play zones and outdoor planting projects, every part of the environment has been designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, self-expression, and emotional wellbeing.

Most importantly, the young people help shape the space themselves — giving them ownership, confidence, and a sense of belonging

Because when young people feel safe, supported, and valued, they are able to thrive.
