Even Saturdays are school days!! 📚

Today coaches Steve, Tyla and Nick, and Alfie are attending a referee course at Samurai Judo Club.

This is a first outing for Steve, Nick and Alfie while Tyla is looking to expand on her knowledge and go for her next referee level.

We are always looking for opportunities to expand our team of competition officials.

Good luck guys!! 🍀

Good Luck to coach Nicholas Down today fighting at the Veteran World Judo Championships in Sarajevo!!!

♥️⭐️🥋Learning life-saving skills. Making a real difference.
On Saturday, Peninsula Judo hosted our First Aid Course, and we're delighted to announce that all of our coaches and volunteers are now First Aid trained. 👏🚑
The day was packed with practical learning, hands-on scenarios, and invaluable knowledge that could one day help save a life. These skills not only help us provide a safer environment on the mat, but they also give our team the confidence to respond in emergency situations wherever they may occur.
A huge thank you to Allan Sunderland for delivering such an informative, engaging, and professional course. The feedback from everyone who attended has been fantastic, and we're incredibly grateful for the time, expertise, and experience Allan shared with us.
At Peninsula Judo, the safety and wellbeing of our members will always be a top priority, and this training is another important step in ensuring our club remains a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all.
Check out the photos below to see some of the training in action! 📸
